Through a partnership with the Cape Verdean Consulate General’s office, consular portal assistance services are offered through the Immigrant Resource Center twice a week, on Wednesdays and Fridays. This partnership drives the engagement of new immigrants with the Immigrant Resource Center and provides beneficial access to residents in Boston
Requests for Cape Verdean Passports and Citizenship are only made at the Cape Verdean Consulate Site in Quincy.
